Is there an ATM available in the park?

Yes, an ATM machine is available inside the Arcade.  Please see a park map for more information.

Do you have security in the park?

In addition to being clean and family friendly, Joyland is a safe and secure place to enjoy your family. There is security in the park each time we are open.

Does Joyland accept credit cards?

We welcome VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS with a valid picture ID, for the purchase of entry admissions at the front gate and purchases at the concessions.

Are guns allowed in Joyland?

Joyland does not allow guns in the park. Concealed handguns or open carry guns are not allowed in the park.

Can I leave the park and re-enter?

Yes, to leave the park and return the same day, you must have your receipt and show your armband. You may re-enter through the main Admission Gate.

Can I bring coolers and food to the park?

With the exception of birthday cakes for scheduled birthday parties, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome at the public picnic tables located throughout Mackenzie Park. Joyland is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in public picnic areas or Joyland parking lot.

Do you allow service dogs in the park?

Service dogs are welcome at Joyland. All service dogs must remain physically controlled on a leash or harness at all times. Due to the aggressive nature of some attractions, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of the Guest’s party. Joyland employees are not permitted to take control of service animals.

Can I page members of my party or make announcements in the park?

Joyland does not have a public address system available for use by separated parties, so please arrange times where members of your group can meet.
